ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

*Duties may include, but not limited to all or some of the following.

  • Answer all incoming calls
  • Transfer calls to appropriate department, when needed
  • Schedule appointments for all physicians
  • Confirm appointments for all physician, when required
  • Cover telephone operator daily
  • Become proficient in all procedures performed by the physicians
  • Provide callers with general information about the physicians and procedures that are performed.
  • Willing to work additional hours and weekends, when required
  • Other job related tasks, as assigned, by supervisors and/or chief operating officer

  • Organized and strong attention to detail

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Two years medical office experience preferred but not required.

Salary: $19-$22/Hour
